By purchasing tickets from The Adventure Museum, you acknowledge complete acceptance of the following terms and conditions without exception.

1 – TICKETS AND PRICING

1.1) Each ticket entitles one (1) person to a single experience. Tickets are only valid for the specific experience, date, and time listed at the time of purchase.

1.2) Tickets are non-transferrable and cannot be re-sold.

1.3) Children 15 and under must be accompanied by a adult 21 years of age or older with a valid ticket to participate.

1.4) Each person must have a valid ticket to play.

1.5) The Adventure Museum reserves the right to request a photo ID from customers to verify age and identity before granting access to the gaming facility.

1.6) The Adventure Museum reserves the right to change its prices at any time. You will be charged the rate that is in effect at the moment your order is placed.

1.7) All reservations are processed in real time and are subject to availability. Sales are not considered final until receipt of a confirmation email from The Adventure Museum that includes an order number. You will be charged immediately for the full billable amount.

1.8) All sales are final. Bookings cannot be refunded. Bookings can be resheduled with 48 hours notice. Please check your date, location, time and number of players before booking.

1.9) In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to close. If this occurs, you will receive a promotion code in the amount of your original booking that will allow you to reschedule for a future date. However, if we are open, you agree that bookings cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

2.0) Those under 18 must have a parent sign the waiver or legal guardian. The waiver is in the confirmation email.

2 - CONFIDENTIALITY

2.1) By purchasing a ticket, you agree to treat any information obtained during your experience as confidential and property of The Adventure Museum. Any disclosure of such information is considered a violation of this agreement.

3 – PROHIBITED ACTIONS

3.1) Animals are not permitted on The Adventure Museum premises.

3.2) No food, drink, alcohol, or weapon is permitted on The Adventure Museum premises.

3.3) Smoking or use of any other substances is prohibited on The Adventure Museum premises. Any usage of these substances on the premise will result in removal from the facility with no refunds.

3.4) The games provided by The Adventure Museum do not require any of the game's contents or fixtures to be disassembled or damaged. Any players who attempt to do so will be asked to leave immediately. No refunds will provided and you will be charged for all damages. 3.5) The Adventure Museum reserves the right to turn away participants who are visibly intoxicated for the safety of all guests participating with no refunds or rescheduling opportunities.
